Management Team
Brad is general counsel and is responsible for overseeing all legal matters. Previously, he was engaged in the private practice of law with Sullivan & Cromwell, a Wall Street law firm. At Covington & Burling LLP he focused on a broad array of health care issues like reimbursement and payment and usage of new technologies.
He holds Masters of Business Administration with high distinction from Columbia Business School and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, with distinction in all subjects, from Cornell Law School.
Indranil : Founder & CEO
Indranil believes three forces are coming together: Change in healthcare landscape, adoption of technology in healthcare and cross border utilization of healthcare. Coupled with his own experience it triggered him to create private health advisory group. As a founder he has continue to build worldwide team of experts and a strong global network of world renowned providers.
His background is from healthcare Insurance and financial services such as Oxford Health Plans, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Carlyle Group etc. He holds MBA from Johnson & Wales University and EMSTM from Columbia University & GSB.
Lynn is a registered nurse with over 20 years of hands on experience. Instrumental in educating patients, physicians, employers and colleagues. Effective change agent. She has bachelor of science from University of Miami.
Lora is currently providing financial consulting & advisory services to PHAGroup. Her career began as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and went to Terra Firma Capital Partners where she managed numerous principal investments including buyouts and minority investments. Lora has a MBA from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
Andrea , MD, JD serves as Chief Medical Officer of Private Health Advisory Group. He is a senior healthcare executive with more than 24 years of extensive experience in large managed care providers.
Most recently, Dr. Marando served as Vice President and Senior Medical Director for the Well Point Care Group, where he developed and managed the implementation of integrated clinical solutions for commercial, managed care and public sector health insurance markets. Prior to his Dr. Marando was the Chief Medical Officer of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Oxford Health Plans.
Dr. Marando received his MD from Harvard and earned his JD at Harvard Law School. He completed his Internship and Residency in Massachusetts General Hospital, and is a Rand Graduate Institute Fellow of Public Policy. Dr. Marando is board certified in Pediatrics.

Asia Pacific Vice President
Bussakorn (Tik) has P&L responsibility for Asia Pacific. Deep experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations working for/with Third Party Administration, Insurance broker, Medical Assistance, Managed Care Solutions and Insurance. A graduate with Business Administration degree has passion in digital health.
